We have put a lot of thought and detail into this home, and we are sure you will love it during your stay here in St Paul. If we missed anything or you have any questions, just shoot us a message! We typically respond in 1-2 hours (usually sooner, but just in case we are in a movie theatre..)
The space
We are a perfect fit for parents coming to visit their Macalester students or families coming into town visiting their parents in the same neighborhood. Also great for a few friends coming in town for a concert, game or girls weekend! Weekend getaway with the kids to visit Mall of America!

Every bedroom has a piece of art work on the wall with a QR Code. Those QR Codes send you to music. Let us know if you can guess any of the songs!

-We provide a starter pack of paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper (which typically is plenty for a 3 day stay!)

Parking out front available as well as a LARGE parking pad in the back that can accommodate 3-4 vehicles!

Beds
We have included additional beds in our home for guests use. An air mattress for the second floor landing, a roll-away twin bed and a pack n play for any little-littles.
Can I fit 8 adults?
-Yes, but! It's a tight squeeze. We list 8, because if 8 guys are coming for a game and don't care to crash on the floor, it's doable. Realistically the 8 is for 4 adults and 4 kids. But hey, some people want to save some $ and split the cost of our house, that's cool with us.

Depends on the house! Mac House + the Hart are both pet friendly-ish. We require pets to be current on shots, house trained and well behaved plus we charge additional fees for pets.

Each house listing has a list of how many miles and typical drive time to get to all the places people come to the Twin Cities for!
Fun Fact: A LOT of Minnesotans will respond to “how far did you have to go to get to Mall of America?” (or fill in the blank of a place you are visiting) within an hour. They will respond with how long it took them. -

Outdoors only! Please do not smoke in the porches of any of our houses. We have stationed some black buckets with sand by the doors for you to put butts. Please clear that out before you leave.

We want you to relax and enjoy, then please leave things as you found them. We’ll do the laundry, make the beds, clean and sanitize the facilities; we ask you to load the dishwasher and press start before you depart and take out your trash before you go on your way!

We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm but you can reach out a day before and we might be able to accommodate. If you NEED an early check in, consider booking the night before so you can check-in upon arrival.

Maybe. It depends on our next guests. We will not guarantee a late check out until the weekend of your booking. Shoot a message and we will see if we can accommodate! If you need extra time, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves.

Sure is! We have a couple items that will help out. Pack n Play with a crib sheet, child gate for the stairs, a booster seat high chair and kid dinnerware & utensils.

Yes, kind of. We expect all guests to be listed on the reservation. If you are having people pop in, give us a heads up. We will not allow open invite parties or a number of people over what our City of St. Paul rental license allows!

There are cameras on the exterior of each property, typically pointed at every door that accesses the property. We have these for the safety of our guests & property.
